In Club Horse F.A.Q. you will find the answers to the most frequently asked questions we receive about orders, shipments, purchases, deliveries, site registrations and all the services offered to our customers.

Absolutely yes and only from Italian hands because our motto is “The best of Made in Italy dedicated to horses”.
Only the clothing, for now, and the mechanisms of our watches are not Made in Italy.
These mechanisms are produced in Japan by the same company that supplies the most important and famous watch brands.
Buying on our online shop is fast, immediate and safe.
You can add the products you have chosen to your cart with the “ADD TO CART” button, after selecting the desired color or size.
After clicking, the contents of the cart will be displayed in the top right.
At this point you can continue shopping, view the cart by clicking on “VIEW CART” or complete the purchase by clicking on “CHECKOUT” on the right of the page or remove the product you do not want by clicking on the “X” button on the left of the product you want remove.
To complete the purchase as a registered user, just log in to recall your personal information, or register on the site if it has not been done previously.
Of course you can also buy without registering. You will be asked to choose a shipping and billing address.
In the next step it will be possible to choose between the available payment methods: credit card or Paypal.

Having made the necessary checks on the transaction, the order information will send a thank you message to inform you that the purchase has been completed successfully.
No. You can do all the tests you want and then decide not to complete the order even though you have entered the products in the “Cart”.
After entering the data necessary for the payment, you will be directed to the purchase confirmation page, with the number and date of the order.

Finally, an email containing the details of the order and the confirmation has been correctly received will be sent to the email address you have communicated to us.

Unfortunately, order changes are not possible. If you are in this condition send us an email to customercare@clubhorse.shop and we will try to help you.
You can return the product you received within 14 days, according to our conditions of sale which you can read on this page.

For the United States and Canada there is a specific cost for each product. (Clothing excluded)
All our products are handmade and delivery times depend on the type of product you have chosen and you can read them next to each of our products.
After the first e-mail confirming receipt of your order, we will keep you informed about the preparation of your product and, once the shipment has been made, we will send you an e-mail with the link where you can track your order and the Tracking Number.
Yes. During the order compilation phase, you can select the flag under “SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?” and add a new shipping address, within the selected shipping country.
We accept payments with credit and prepaid cards Visa, MasterCard and American Express and with PayPal.

If the payment is declined you must verify the card details or the payment information has been entered correctly:

– 16-digit card code
– Security code on the back of the card.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you received the order to return the purchased products.

In case of wrong, damaged or defective product please contact our Customer Care by sending an email to customercare@clubhorse.shop We always reply.
All returned items will be refunded as quickly as possible and in any case within fourteen days from the date on which the shipment will be returned to the address we will indicate to you.
It can take three to seven business days to complete the refund, depending on your bank’s processing time.
All returned items will be refunded to the payment instrument used for the purchase (credit card or Paypal), net of any import taxes or duties.
